1. The work

[BUSINESS NAME] will clean the dryer exhaust vent serving the dryer at the service address, from the back of the dryer to the exterior termination (wall or roof cap), as far as the line can be safely reached with our equipment. The service includes:

• Disconnecting and reconnecting the dryer
• Rotary-brushing and vacuuming the full reachable length of the duct
• Cleaning the exterior vent cap or hood where it can be safely reached
• An airflow reading before and after the cleaning
• Before-and-after photos of the work

Not included unless written below: repairs, replacement duct or fittings, roof work beyond the vent cap, appliance repair, and any work on gas lines.

2. Price

The price for the work described above is a flat [PRICE], plus applicable sales tax. That is the whole price for this work. If we find something on site that needs work outside this agreement, we will tell you what it is and what it costs before doing it, and nothing is added without your approval.
