Who you are buying from

The Dryer Vent Business Kit is sold by Vent Pro NYC, Inc., a New York corporation. Questions and support go to info@ventpro.nyc.

What you are buying

A one-time purchase of $249 for a set of educational documents delivered electronically. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and nothing further to buy.

Delivery and access

Access is immediate. As soon as your payment is confirmed you are taken to your copy of the kit, at a private link that is yours to keep. It does not expire, it needs no account or password, and it works on any device.

Keep that link, or keep your Stripe receipt — either lets us find your order. If you lose both, email us and we will restore your access.

Because the link is a private one rather than a login, treat it as yours alone. Sharing it is the same as sharing the kit, which the licence below does not permit.

Where we sell

We do not sell the kit to buyers located in New York City. Vent Pro NYC operates there, and the kit teaches people to run a competing service — it wouldn't be fair to our own customers or our own business. You're asked for your ZIP code before checkout for this reason.

If an order is placed from within that area, we may cancel it and refund you in full. That is a refund, not a penalty — you keep your money, we keep the kit.

All sales are final

All sales are final — no refunds. The kit is delivered instantly and in full, and it can be read, copied and printed within an hour of purchase. There is no way to return it, so there is no refund period — not 30 days, not 60, none.

This is stated here, beside the buy button, in the FAQ, and on the receipt Stripe sends you, so that nobody can reasonably say they were not told before paying.

Everything you are buying is described in full on the sales page. If anything about it is unclear, email info@ventpro.nyc before you buy and we will answer honestly, including telling you if it is not right for you.

The one exception is the cancellation described above: if we cancel an order because the buyer is inside our service area, we refund it in full. That is our decision to cancel, not a change of mind.

No income claims, no guarantees

This kit is educational material. It is not a franchise, a business opportunity, a territory, or a licensing arrangement, and it does not include leads, accounts or locations. We make no representation about what you will or could earn. What a business earns depends on its market, pricing, costs and the work its owner puts in.

Not professional advice

Licensing, insurance, tax and telecommunications rules vary by state and change over time, and the kit describes how one New York business handles them. It is not legal, tax, insurance or accounting advice. Verify the requirements that apply where you operate, and consult a professional where it matters.

Your copy is yours to use

Use the templates, scripts and checklists in your own business, including commercially, and edit them however you like. What you may not do is resell, republish or redistribute the kit itself, in whole or in substantial part.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your purchase is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
