Print a stack, or keep it on your phone. The point isn't paperwork — it's that the visit you do on a tired Friday is the same visit you do on a Monday.

Arrive

• ☐ Text the customer when you're on the way
• ☐ Park legally — a ticket eats the job's profit
• ☐ Introduce yourself by name and business; shoes covered or mat down
• ☐ Confirm the price out loud before starting: "[PRICE], that's the whole job"
• ☐ Agreement signed (if you use one)

Look before you touch

• ☐ Photo of the dryer, the floor and the wall behind it before moving anything
• ☐ Note any damage on the pre-existing condition sheet and show the customer
• ☐ Gas dryer? Check the gas connector is flexible and in good shape before moving the machine. If it isn't, stop and tell the customer.
• ☐ Locate the exterior termination; confirm safe access
• ☐ Airflow reading before — at the exterior vent, dryer on air-only: [READING]
